SIUS - Purpur kombucha the aromatic core is preservedSIUS Purpur is an alcohol free wine proxy from Austria based on fermented Pu Erh and black tea. Fruit, herbs, pepper and wood extracts are then combined with the tea base. Pu Erh tea. Elderberries. Beetroot. Still red wine proxy with an earthy aroma. Spicy and woody notes provide depth and structure.
