and two and a half years aging in bottle before release

this blend of 93% Sémillon and 7% Sauvignon Blanc was matured for 20 months in 45% new oak barrels and the rest one-year-old barrels and contains 148 grams per liter of residual sugar

Our Corchaug Estate was planted with Merlot because of the unique clay (unusual in our area). Merlot thrives in clay soil, so we planted three clones and blend them into our wines. We take the extra care to release our reds only when they begin to show maturity.
