but there is a depth to it
There is excellent vibrancy to the detailed and stony middle weight flavors that are not particularly dense but do offer outstanding length where the supporting tannins are quite fine grained in the context of what is typical for Lavaux
Here too there is a relatively supple mid-palate mouthfeel to the slightly finer broad- shouldered flavors that possess a gorgeous texture
This should also be very good if allowed 8 to 10 years of cellar time to realize its full potential

Colombier, Hermitage Blanc other_regions_italy but there is a depthLight, bright straw yellow. A deeply perfumed bouquet evokes pear and peach nectar, honey, vanilla, toasted almond and smoky minerals. Rich and fleshy but lively as well, offering sappy orchard, pit fruit and marzipan flavors that are braced by a spine of juicy acidity. Finishes chewy, focused and long, with lingering pear, honey notes and a hint of anise. Josh Raynolds
